During this challenging year, we have focused on protecting the health and safety of our community. However, based on the ongoing global pandemic and the continued risk of gathering in large groups, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Law Alumni Weekend, and all other in-person Law Alumni Engagement events regionally and on campus through the end of 2020.
Although we will be unable to gather together on campus this fall, we will plan for a festive Law Alumni Weekend in 2021 when we plan to celebrate together with reunion classes ending in 0, 1, 5 and 6. While this decision was not an easy one, we know that the Wake Forest Law alumni community is resilient and remarkable and we look forward to remaining connected even though we cannot be together in person.
We also made the difficult decision to cancel Homecoming, Family Weekend, and have postponed the Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2020 to May 2021.
Across the University, planning teams have evaluated options for the fall to create the best possible experience for our community, and we continue to adapt those plans to match the evolving circumstances and current governmental and public health guidance. Visit the Our Way Forward website for the most current information about the fall.
Please continue to stay healthy and safe.
